How weighted odds & elimination work

Weighted Odds: each option gets a weight (1–10). A weight of 3 gives that slice roughly 3× the chance of a weight-1 option — the wheel's slice sizes update to match.

No Repeats (elimination): once an option wins, it's removed from the next spin so everyone gets picked once before the round resets. Use Reset Round to bring all options back early.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many options can I add?

Up to 20 options manually, or up to 100 with the Numbers preset. If you need more, split them into rounds or merge similar choices.

Is the spin actually random?

Yes. We use JavaScript's Math.random() so every slice has an equal chance — unless you turn on Weighted Odds, in which case slice size (and odds) scales with the weight you set.

How do weighted odds actually change the wheel?

Each option's weight (1–10) is proportional to its slice angle. A weight-3 option is drawn roughly 3 times as often as a weight-1 option in the same wheel.

How does the no-repeat / elimination mode work?

Once an option wins, it's greyed out and removed from the wheel until every option has won once. The tracker shows "X of N remaining," and you can hit Reset Round to bring everyone back early.

Can I save my custom list?

Yes — your options and weights are saved automatically in your browser's local storage and reload the next time you visit.
